Luke Wright is a highly experienced psychologist with advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With over a decade of experience, Luke specializes in treating chronic pain, workplace injury, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
His warm, evidence-based approach helps clients navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, resilient lives.

Rick is a Registered Psychologist with more than 25 years’ experience in the assessment and treatment of alcohol and drug dependence and mental health issues within the public and private health sectors.
His interest is in the impact of emotional and psychological issues on interpersonal relationships, social functioning, health and wellbeing.
He has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. His therapeutic approaches include Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention Training, Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Interventions.
Rick works collaboratively with clients to develop greater awareness of underlying emotional states, bodily sensations, thought patterns and behavioural responses to everyday life situations; and to identify opportunities and strategies for personal growth and change.
He has helped clients overcome anxiety and depression issues as well as substance dependence by integrating mindfulness techniques into daily routines, resulting in improved emotional regulation and long-term recovery.
In previous roles as a health manager, he has mentored emerging leaders and developed high performing teams.

As an experienced RN specialising in holistic care, Asha supports patients living with chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and emotional health challenges. Incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and pain management strategies, Asha works alongside patients to promote healing, enhance self-care, and improve quality of life.
Asha offers an integrated approach that blends psychological insight with physical health support, helping clients manage pain, reduce stress, and reconnect with what matters most.
