Dr. Prasun Datta

Addiction Medicine Specialist

Dr. Datta is an Australian-trained Addiction Medicine Specialist and a Fellow of the Chapter of Addiction Medicine (Royal Australasian College of Physicians). With over a decade of experience in the UK and Australia, he offers a holistic approach to addiction treatment, supported by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists. His expertise includes the Opioid Treatment Program (Methadone/Buprenorphine), alcohol withdrawal management (‘home detox’), and fitness-to-drive specialist assessments. Dr. Datta is also a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney and a passionate educator, mentoring future specialists through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.

Dr. Sushama Deshpande

Interventional Pain Specialist | Anaesthetist

Dr. Sushama Deshpande is an Australian-trained Interventional Pain Specialist and Anaesthetist with clinical appointments at leading hospitals across Sydney. Her special interests include complex regional pain syndrome, cancer pain, and pelvic pain. Dr. Deshpande is skilled in advanced interventional procedures such as radiofrequency ablation and neuromodulation, combining these techniques with a multidisciplinary approach to enhance patients’ quality of life. Her dedication to patient-centered care ensures every individual receives a tailored, evidence-based treatment plan.

Dr. Tim Ho

Dr. Tim Ho brings a unique blend of expertise in pain medicine, rehabilitation, and addiction medicine. He is known for his innovative work in connectomics for pain management and his leadership roles in healthcare organizations, including the Australian Pain Society and Neuromodulation Society of Australia and New Zealand. With a strong focus on education,
Dr. Ho serves as a clinical lecturer at the University of Sydney and provides multidisciplinary pain management programs, interventional procedures, and medico-legal assessments.

Dr. Mihir Roy

General Practitioner with a Special Interest in Addiction Medicine

Dr. Mihir Roy is a dedicated General Practitioner with over a decade of experience in addictionrelated healthcare. He fosters a non-judgmental, confidential environment to address patients’ concerns with sensitivity and professionalism. Dr. Roy also serves as a mentor and educator through The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and the University of Sydney, reflecting his commitment to supporting both patients and the broader medical community.

Dr. Luke Wright

Clinical Psychologist

Luke Wright is a highly experienced psychologist with advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). With over a decade of experience, Luke specializes in treating chronic pain, workplace injury, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
His warm, evidence-based approach helps clients navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, resilient lives.

Rick Turner

Psychologist

Rick is a Registered Psychologist with more than 25 years’ experience in the assessment and treatment of alcohol and drug dependence and mental health issues within the public and private health sectors. 

His interest is in the impact of emotional and psychological issues on interpersonal relationships, social functioning, health and wellbeing. 

He has extensive experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.  His therapeutic approaches include Motivational Interviewing, Relapse Prevention Training, Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Interventions.

Rick works collaboratively with clients to develop greater awareness of underlying emotional states, bodily sensations, thought patterns and behavioural responses to everyday life situations; and to identify opportunities and strategies for personal growth and change.

He has helped clients overcome anxiety and depression issues as well as substance dependence by integrating mindfulness techniques into daily routines, resulting in improved emotional regulation and long-term recovery.

In previous roles as a health manager, he has mentored emerging leaders and developed high performing teams.

Asha Monisse

Registered Psychologist

With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Asha helps individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and life transitions. She works to empower clients to build resilience, develop psychological flexibility, and create meaningful change in their lives.

As an experienced RN specialising in holistic care, Asha supports patients living with chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and emotional health challenges. Incorporating mindfulness, meditation, and pain management strategies, Asha  works alongside patients to promote healing, enhance self-care, and improve quality of life.

Asha offers an integrated approach that blends psychological insight with physical health support, helping clients manage pain, reduce stress, and reconnect with what matters most.

Dr. Ayodele Olatunji

Dr. Ayodele Olatunji is a versatile psychiatrist with extensive training and experience across general practice, psychiatry, and addiction medicine. He specializes in treating complex cases involving psychotic disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and dual diagnoses. Dr. Olatunji’s holistic, evidence-based treatment philosophy ensures comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of his patients. He is also actively involved in research and education, contributing to advancements in psychiatry and addiction medicine.

Emergency Medicine Specialist
A/Prof. Reza Ali is a highly accomplished Emergency Medicine Specialist with over 20 years of international experience in clinical practice, leadership, and medical education. A Fellow of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM), he holds prestigious qualifications from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Currently, he serves as a Senior Staff Specialist at Blacktown and Mt. Druitt Hospitals, a Visiting Medical Officer at Bankstown Hospital, and an Associate Professor at Western Sydney University. Reza has been instrumental in advancing emergency care, contributing to healthcare policy, and mentoring the next generation of clinicians. Honored with accolades like the NSW Premier’s Award for excellence in emergency care, Reza is dedicated to quality healthcare, clinician well-being, and community service. At the Integrated Wellbeing Hub, he is establishing an infusion clinic to provide specialized treatments, including iron and immunoglobulin infusions, antibiotics, and more, addressing critical patient needs. Passionate about integrating overseas-trained doctors into the Australian healthcare system, Reza brings cultural sensitivity, fluency in English and Bengali, and a commitment to innovation and patient-centered care.
